Shelter The Children

Shelter The Children is a 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Charity providing food, shelter and basic necessities to children in the name of Christ. Shelter The Children was started over 25 years ago by a Christian family and  friends who had a heart for contributing to the needs of these homeless and abandoned children.

Shelter The Children is run by volunteers insuring 100% of all contributions go to the needs of the children.

Shelter The Children has fed and cared for children in the slums of many metropolitan cities throughout Texas; provided clothing for children living in the city dumps of Guatemala City; provided emergency food and bedding for a private orphanage in Juarez, Mexico where many abandoned children are dropped off daily; and helped to drill water wells which provide life giving water to children throughout Central America.
